• Organize the administrative work in the office

• Provide support to collgues in the administrative department and the Top management

• Organize and manage internal and external information flow according to company standards

• Manage the office and administrative needs

• Organize meetings and coordinate schedules



• University degree

• Experience on a similar position

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

• Flexible, initiative, responsible and loyal person

• Ability to deal with confidential issues and work under pressure

• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast changing environment

• Computer literacy
