CREDO HR is looking for a project based Recruitment consultant:

Responsibilities:

• To ensure regular pre-screening of the candidates applied on our openings

• To contact candidates applied on our openings and present further the company and the job profile in detail

• To work actively with the internal database system (regular update of information and data sourcing) and ensure regular flow of invited passive candidates

• To lead the first stage of the recruitment process by conducting the first interview with the candidates in person or making a telephone one

• To identify the most appropriate sources, social media channels and job portals in regards to advertise actively and efficiently our company job opportunities and activities

• To use actively social media channels and attract passive candidates on our working opportunities and thus ensuring higher volume of potential candidates on each job opening and our database system enrichment

• To prepare and post our job openings adverts in appropriate sources

• To provide regular feedback to interviewed candidates.

 

Requirements:

• At least one year of a previous experience in the area of recruitment of personnel – preferably in a staffing agency

• Very good knowledge in English language – both written and spoken

• Team player, capable to work with a minimum supervision as well

• Excellent time management skills

• Analytical & problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Personal skills such as friendly attitude, positive approach, high level of communication skills, and being able to interact effectively with other team members are a mandatory.
